Sea Monster contracted us for their website rebuild. They wanted a responsive site that still reflected their whimsical company culture. We agreed on building a bespoke CMS managed site, which of course meant we would be using CakePHP for the job. After collaborating on their in-house design, we proceeded to build out the various bits of functionality required, while they populated each section with content. We paid particular attention to animating interactive elements, and ensuring the site remains usable, even at mobile resolutions.
One particular piece of functionality that we’re quite proud of is the ability to swipe between projects when browsing the site on a touch-capable device. This bit of functionality was hand-crafted for them, as something similar didn’t exist in the wild, yet.
